摘　　要：针对我国石油企业价值链管理中存在的问题,通过对价值链管理相关理论的介绍,结合我国石油企业具体经营情况,对石油企业勘探开发环节、油气储运环节、炼油化工环节、石油产品销售环节以及服务环节的价值活动进行分析,提出价值链管理中几个关键环节的优化和解决措施,以此对石油企业的价值链管理提出指导性意见。In view of the problems exist in the,combining with the introduction of value chain management theory and the specific operate situation of Chinese oil companies,analyses the value chain activities of exploration and production,oil and gas storage and transportation,refining,trading and service of the oil companies with value chain analysis,then bring up several key and corresponding solutions in Chinese oil companies.The results have instructive significance to the implementation of value chain management in Chinese oil companies.
