摘 要:慈善事业需要公民的积极参与,更需要企业的大力支持,这既是企业社会责任和"企业公民"理念的体现,也是企业"经济德性"的实现形式。企业慈善文化的困境在于企业慈善理念的缺位、长期慈善战略规划的缺乏和良好人文制度环境的缺乏。企业慈善文化的构建需要加强企业慈善理念的建设,增强"企业社会责任"意识、融入"企业公民"理念;培育企业慈善内驱力、将慈善纳入企业发展战略规划;政府及社会要培育有利于企业慈善文化发展的社会文化及制度环境。Charity needs the active participation of citizens and support of enterprise;this is not only the social responsibility of the enterprise and the embodiment of "enterprise citizen" idea,but also the realization form of "economic virtue".The predicament of enterprise charity culture lies in the lack of long-term charitable conception,the deficiencies of charity strategic planning and the lack of external environment.The construction of enterprise charity culture needs to strengthen construction,strengthen the "corporate social responsibility" consciousness and "enterprise citizen" concept,cultivate inner driving force and development strategy planning;the government and the society should foster the social culture and system environment for the development of enterprise charity culture.
