企业环保中的公众参与制度完善

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,近年来企业污染排放是造成环境污染的主要原因,此种情况下公众为了维护自己的环境权益,应该更好地参与企业"绿色"之路。而我国环境保护法赋予公众参与企业环境保护的形式单一,参与的程序没有保障,导致公众参与的作用没有得到发挥,通过分析我国企业环保行为中公众参与存在的问题,借鉴发达国家经验,结合我国实际对完善企业环保中公众参与机制提出相应建议。With the development of economy,the main reason that caused environmental pollution was enterprise pollution discharge in recent years,in this case the public must be better participating in the ＂green path＂ of the enterprise in order to maintain their own environmental rights and interests.While China＇s environmental protection law gave public a single way to participate in environmental protection of the enterprises,participation in the program was no guarantee,as a result,the effects of the public participation had not been realized.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the public participation in environmental protection behavior of Chinese enterprises,drawing on useful experiences from the developed countries,putting forward relevant suggestions to perfect public participation system of the enterprise environmental protection with the reality of our country.
