片段弓开大曲竖直近中倾倒的下颌第三磨牙

摘　　要：目的:用片段弓开大曲对近中倾倒的下颌第三磨牙进行直立。并评价其临床应用的效果。方法:选择12例(共12颗)下颌第三磨牙近中前倾患者,使用随形片段弓末端的开大曲对近中倾倒的第三磨牙远中端施加后推力,从而竖直第三磨牙,通过头影测量和X线检查评价疗效。结果:治疗后12颗第三磨牙水平移位(6.75±3.48)mm,垂直移位(4.07±1.73)mm,近中倾斜角增加30.61°±8.36°。未见牙根吸收。结论:运用片段弓开大曲竖直近中倾倒的下颌第三磨牙是一种简便、舒适、有效的方法。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of segmental arch in the mandibular third molar erection.Methods： Twelve patients with mesially inclined 12 mandibular third molar were treated with open-loop segmental arch.The effects were studied by cephalometry and panoramic radiograthy.Results： The mandibular third molars moved（6.75±3.48） mm in horizontal direction an（4.07±1.73） mm in vertical direction;the mesially inclined angle increased by 30.61°±8.36°.No root absorption was observed.Conclusion： The open-loop segmental arch is an easy and reliable way to erect the mesially inclined mandibular third molar.
