摘　　要：在教育信息化的新形势下,信息素养已经成为地方高校英语教师的基本素质。高校英语教师信息素养现状不容乐观,存在着对信息技术认识不足、信息技术水平不高、信息能力较低的问题,因此,应从学校和教师两个方面实施培养教师信息素养的策略,以促进高校英语教师信息素养的提高。Under the new situation of education informatization,information literacy has been the basic qualification for local college English teachers.The status quo of college English teacher＇s information literacy is not optimistic,which embodies in the insufficient understanding of information technology and the low level of the teacher＇s information technology and their information capacity.Therefore,the strategies to train the teachers＇ information literacy should be implemented from the perspectives of the school and the teachers so as to enhance college English teachers＇ information literacy.
