图桩记忆术记忆经络腧穴的效率研究

摘　　要：目的探究图桩记忆术对经络腧穴名称和定位记忆的影响,对比分析图桩记忆术与传统记忆方法的记忆效率差异。方法将90例符合纳入标准的被试学生随机分为图桩记忆组30例、歌诀记忆组30例和机械记忆组30例。进行3次实验,分别运用各组的记忆方法记忆十四经的腧穴名称和定位,对比分析3组的记忆保持量和遗忘率,并且调查3组的记忆感受。结果除手太阴肺经腧穴名称,图桩记忆组的腧穴名称和定位记忆保持量均显著高于歌诀记忆组和机械记忆组(P<0.01);图桩记忆组的腧穴名称记忆遗忘率均显著低于歌诀记忆组和机械记忆组(P<0.01);图桩记忆术在记忆感受调查中得到较好的评价。结论图桩记忆术对于腧穴名称和定位的记忆有较为显著的促进作用,值得向学生们推广。Purpose To explore the effect of picture and position mnemonics on the memorization of the names and location of channels and acupoints,and to compare and analyze the difference of memory efficiency between picture and position mnemonics and traditional memory methods.Methodology The research separated 90 students who have the same basic knowledge of Chinese medicine into 3 groups at random,including 30 students in picture and position mnemonics group,30 students in rhyming recipe group and 30 students in rote memory group.In 3 experiments,these 3 groups of students recited the same names and locations of channels and acupoints by using different kinds of mnemonics.The study compared the accuracy and forgetting rate of each group,and investigated experimenters＇ feelings.Result Except for The Lung Channel of Hand-Taiyin part,The retention rate of channels and acupoints memorization by using picture and position mnemonics is greater than the two comparison groups＇（P0.01）,and the forgetting rate of this group is obviously lower than comparison groups＇（P0.01）,which both have statistical difference.And the experimenters in this group have good opinions of this kind of memory method.Conclusion Picture and position mnemonics can raise memory efficiency greatly when reciting the names and locations of channels and acupoints.It is worthwhile to popularize this kind of learning method.
