高校教职工读书状况调研与分析——以北大医学部机关为例

摘　　要：在高等学校,促进教职工阅读对提升学校管理人员素质和管理水平具有重要意义。通过对北京大学医学部机关职工图书接触率、认识程度、阅读渠道和阅读偏爱等方面的调研,探讨职工阅读基本情况,并对制约因素和需求进行分析,有针对性地提出提升阅读水平的策略和建议。In universities and colleges,it is important to enhance teachers and staff＇s reading so as to improve their quality and administrative ability.The authors investigated the book contact ratio,recognize extent,reading approach and preferences of staff of the Medical Department of Peking University,analyzed the influencing factors and demands,and put forwards some countermeasures.
