摘　　要：在课内案例视频教学改革基础上进行的医学伦理临床见习教学改革,是课程实践的要求与学生对教学改革的期盼。改革遵循教学理念、内容、师资、成绩考核、见习病案选择及其组织实施等环节进行路径设计。建立在临床实际基础上的教学改革,有利于教师与病例资源的有效利用、学生医疗伦理决策能力与医学美德素养的提升。Teaching reform of medical ethics in clinical probation based on case video is the practical requirement of courses and students＇ true expectation on teaching method reform. The route design of reform follows the teaching philosophy, content, teacher, performance appraisal, trainee medical record selection and its organization and implementation. The teaching reform based on clinical probation promotes the effective utilization of teachers and medical cases resource, and students＇ medical virtue literacy and ability on ethical decision making in medical clinical.
