摘　　要：儿童反复呼吸道感染以"正气虚弱"为本的病机特点决定了病情的反复与难愈。中医强调治病求本,本于体质,本于阴阳。"辨体质"强调"有是质用是方",复感儿的治疗关键在于防止其反复发生,重点应放在调治上,通过调理肺脾肾的功能,增强体质,使患儿阴平阳秘,从根本上改变患儿的恶性循环状态,使机体重建蓬勃生机。Children recurrent respiratory tract infection has repeated illness and is hard to cure,which is decided by its base of deficient Zhengqi（healthy atmosphere）.TCM emphasizes to seek root in treating disease,the root lies in constitution and Yin Yang.To differentiate constitution for corresponding formula.The key point lies in preventing recurrence for the said disease,paying attention to regulation,i.e.regulating function of lung,spleen and kidney to enforce physique and make children have a balanced Yin and Yang,changing the malignant circulation to make an energetic constitution.
