《伊芙琳》的及物性分析与人物塑造研究

摘　　要：以系统功能语法的及物性分析模式分析爱尔兰著名作家詹姆斯.乔伊斯的早期作品《伊芙琳》,通过对小说几种突出的及物性过程进行综合分析,发现这些及物性过程的选择从总体上对小说人物的塑造起到了决定性的作用。同时也说明了系统功能语法中的及物性分析具有较强的实践性和可操纵性。This paper analyzes James Joyce′s early works Evelyn through the transitivity analyzing model of Systemic-Functional Grammar.Based on the exploration of several prominent transitivity processes in this short story,it indicates that the choices of these transitivity processes play a very important role in characterization;moreover,it proves that transitivity analysis is very powerful in discourse analysis;especially it can help the reader achieve a better understanding and appreciation of literary works.
