1985例白内障复明手术临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价表麻下小切口手法劈核白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术在大批量白内障复明手术中应用的临床效果。方法对我院从2007年4月到2011年10月实施该手术的1985例进行回顾性分析,分析手术方式的适宜性,治疗效果及并发症状况。结果术后视力明显提高,0.3及其以上者1849眼,占93%,0.05及其以上者1963眼,占99%,且手术时间短,并发症少,麻醉效果好。结论该手术适合在基层医院开展大批量白内障手术。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division technique combined with intraoeular lens implantation under topical anesthesia in cataract operation of large quantities. Methods The implementation of the operation in 1985 patients in our hospital from 2007 April to 2011 October were retrospectively analyzed, including operation mode of the suitability, the treatment effect and complications .Results The postoperative visual acuity improved significantly, 1849 eyes with better than 0.3（93%）, 1963 eye with 0.05 and above （99%）. It had short operation time, fewer complications and good anesthetic effect. Conclusion This operation is suitable for use in primary hospitals.
