摘　　要：目的探讨EB病毒立早蛋白BILF1对体外培养B淋巴细胞细胞间粘附分子ICAM-1表达水平的影响。方法应用Western blot实验分析EB病毒立早蛋白BILF1对ICAM-1表达水平的影响。结果BILFI在蛋白水平上调ICAM-1分子表达；BILF1通过激活NF—KB及AP-1信号通路在转录水平上调ICAM-1分子表达。结论EB病毒立早蛋白BILF1可上调体外培养B淋巴细胞细胞间粘附分子ICAM-1表达水平。Objective To investigate the effects of EBV BILF1 on the expression of Intercellular Adhesion Molecule in Lymphoblastoid cells. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression of ICAM - 1 in protein level. Dual- Lueiferase reporter gene system was employed to detect the activity of ICAM - 1 promoter. Results BILF1 up -regulated ICAM - 1 at protein level. BILF1 up - regulated ICAM - 1 at transcription level, via NF - ？ B and AP- 1 mediated signaling pathway. Conclusion Epstein- Barr virus - encoded BILF1 protein up - regulate the expression of Intercellular Adhesion Molecule in Lymphoblastoid cells.
