摘  要:用金属钨作为延性层,增韧碳化硅陶瓷,制备了SiC/W层状复合材料,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明,在保持强度不变的同时,断裂韧性提高了1倍。XRD和SEM分析发现,W和SiC发生化学反应,界面产生新相,增强了层状复合材料的界面结合,但同时降低了金属对陶瓷的增韧效果。Laminated composites containing alternate layers of SiC and W materials were used as model materials for investigating mechanical properties. Results indicated that toughness of laminated composites was improved by a factor of two over monolithic Silicon Carbide. Meanwhile the strength had no change. XRD and SEM analysis showed that there was chemical reaction between W and SiC,and new phases were produced on the interface. The new phases toughened interface bonding but reduced the toughening effect of the metal on ceramic.
