宫颈癌中CD147分子表达及临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨CD147在宫颈癌中的表达及其与宫颈癌患者预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测CD147蛋白在宫颈癌中表达,采用流式细胞术定量检测新鲜宫颈癌组织中CD147的表达量,治疗后跟踪随访3年,观察宫颈癌不良事件的发生与CD147表达的关系。结果所有的宫颈癌(37/37,100.0%)和绝大多数正常宫颈组织(7/8,87.5%)都表达CD147蛋白;其表达量越高,宫颈癌病人不良事件的发生率也相应增高。结论 CD147表达可作为评价宫颈癌不良预后的一个可靠指标,亦提示其为宫颈癌治疗的一个靶点。Objective To study the expressions of CD147 proteins in cervical carcinoma（CC） and its relationship with the patients＇ prognosis.Methods The expressions of CD147 protein were detected by Immunohistochemitical staining,Flow Cytometry was used to quantitative analysis of CD147 protein,the patient werefollowed up to observed the occurrence of ill accidents in CC patients next 3 years.Results all of CCs（37/37,100.0%） and most of NCs（7/8,87.5%） express CD147 protein,with its expression increased,the patients of CC had the higher opportunity to get the ill accidents.Conclusion CD147 expressionis a reliable indicator of poor prognosis for cervical cancer.
