摘　　要：本文对高校土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式进行了探讨,从教师队伍建设、课程体系设置、实践教学环节、工程意识和应用能力培养方面进行分析,以期在高校特色人才培养方面探索有益的途径。This paper had probed into the model of educating applied talents of civil engineering in college. This model was analyzed from several aspects, including cultivating teaching staff, construction of curriculum system, practical teaching in teacher-training, engineering concept and ability of application. It was expected to explore a meaningful approach in the characteristic talents training in college.
