摘　　要：医患纠纷严重影响了正常的医疗秩序,损害了医患双方的利益。导致医患纠纷的大背景是卫生医疗体制改革后政府投入相对不足,造成医疗资源供给短缺。少数医生的不良医德和医术水平低是医患纠纷产生的直接原因,医患沟通不足产生的不信任是纠纷产生的心理根源。对医患纠纷原因的探讨有利于构建和谐的医患关系、化解社会矛盾。Doctor-patient disputes have seriously affected the normal medical order,and impaired the interests of both doctors and patients.The dispute is due to lack of government investment,resulting in medical resources in short supply.Poor medical ethics and low level medical skill of a small number of doctors is the direct cause of medical disputes,and lack of communication between doctors and patients is psychological roots of the disputes.With the progress of society,the increasing demand for medical services,combined with some of the media＇s one-sided media coverage,and appearance of ＂Medical alarm company,＂ the doctor-patient conflict is somehow intensified.Exploring the causes of medical disputes is conducive for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and relieving social conflicts.
