摘　　要：工学交替合作教育是指学生的学校学习与企业实习交替进行,实现校内理论学习与企业实践结合,学习与就业结合的一种培养模式。介绍了我校给水排水工程专业工学交替合作教育的特点,客观分析了我校开展工学交替以来所取得的成效,以及实施过程中存在的一些困难和不足。针对目前社会发展现状和用人单位对本专业人才的要求,对今后工学交替合作教育提出了合理化的改进措施。The cooperative education about working and learning alternating is that university students learn and practice alternately, which is a training mode that combine theory of learning and enterprise practice. Introduced characteristics of the cooperative education on our water supply and drainage engineering, objectively analysised our college＇s achievements since practice working and learning alternating, and some of the difficulties and deficiencies on implementation process. According to the current social development status and the employer＇s requirements for the professionals in the future, proposed reasonable improvement measures on cooperative education about working and learning alternating.
