转反义Trxs基因抑制小麦穗发芽研究

摘　　要：分别对转入反义Trxs基因的成熟小麦00TY5籽粒及非转基因对照小麦Y5ck籽粒进行常规发芽试验,难溶性麦谷蛋白组分测定及a-淀粉酶活性测定结果表明,反义Trxs基因可在小麦受体中良好表达,切实提高小麦的抗穗发芽能力。Took the wheat grains 00TY5 which was transferred anti -Trxs gene and non -transgenic YSck to promote general germination test, determination the insoluble Glutenin component and a -amylase＇s activity of them, it had been shown that： the anti - Trxs gene had expressed very well and improved anti - sprouting ability of the wheat actually.
