对艰难环境下宁波民营企业经营状况透析

摘　　要：2008年以来,宁波民营企业经营状况堪忧,企业应收账款周转速度呈下降态势,担保逐年增加,资产负债率上扬,银行贷款占企业负债比较低,偿债能力减弱,营业利润率不够理想。其主要原因是超竞争与国际环境带来的压力,民间信贷发展迅速、资金使用成本较高,原材料与劳动力价格上涨,对产业转型升级的追求与无奈,企业品牌无或影响力较弱,缺乏企业家进取精神和敏锐洞察力,及金融政策的不稳定性与税费较重等。Since 2008,Ningbo private enterprises have been in difficulties：the receivable turnover ratio is decreasing;the loan guarantee is increasing year by year;the asset-liability ratio is increasing;the bank loan accounts for a relatively low percentage against company liabilities;the solvency is weakening;the operating profit ratio is unsatisfactory.The chief reasons for these difficulties include：the ＂hyper-competition＂ environment under international pressure,the rapid development of private loans,the high cost of funds,the increasing prices of raw materials and labor,the helpless pursuit for industrial transformation and upgrading,and the weak corporate brand and so on so forth.Last but not least,the lack of entrepreneurial spirit and keen insight,instable financial policy and heavy tax are also reasons of these difficulties.
