摘 要:目的研究脑梗塞患者高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚类组成及相对含量的变化,并探讨脑梗塞患者血脂水平与HDL亚类组成的关系。方法用全自动生化分析仪测定血脂及载脂蛋白含量;采用双向电泳-免疫印记检测法分析HDL各亚类组成情况。结果脑梗塞患者血浆preβ1-HDL、HDL3a水平显著升高(P<0.01),HDL2a、HDL2b含量显著降低(P<0.01);按血浆甘油三酯(TG)浓度将脑梗塞患者分为4组,随血浆TG水平的升高,preβ1-HDL、HDL3a与HDL3b含量逐渐增加,而HDL2a和HDL2b水平逐渐减小;按血浆HDL-C浓度将脑梗塞患者分为3组,随着HDL-C浓度的升高,preβ1-HDL、HDL3a及HDL3b水平逐渐降低,HDL2a和HDL2b水平逐渐升高。结论脑梗塞患者血浆HDL颗粒有变小趋势,并且随着TG水平的升高和HDL-C水平的下降,HDL颗粒减小更显著。【Objective】To investigate the relationship between the levels of plasma lipids and HDL subclasses in cerebral infarction patients.【Methods】Palsma biochemical indexes were determined with automated biochemical analyzer.The concentrations of plasma HDL subclasses were determined by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis associated with immunodetection method.【Results】Compared with control group,the levels of preβ1-HDL and HDL3a in cerebral infarction subjects were significantly increase(P0.01),whereas the contents of HDL2a and HDL2b were significantly decrease(P0.01).According to the level of palsma TG,cerebral infarction subjects were divided into four groups.Accompanied with the increase in TG levels,the levels of preβ1-HDL,HDL3a and HDL3b in cerebral infarction subjects were increased with the increased,whereas the contents of HDL2a and HDL2b were decreased.Cerebral infarction subjects were also divided into three groups according to the levels of plasma HDL-C.The levels of preβ1-HDL,HDL3a and HDL3b were decrease,but the contents of HDL2a and HDL2b were increased,accompanied with the decrease in HDL-C level.【Conclusion】The particle size of HDL in Cerebral infarction subjects shows a shift toward smaller size,which has positive correlation with the levels of TG and negative correlation with the contents of HDL-C.
