蒲元和胃胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒲元和胃胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法将2010年1月——2011年9月82例功能性消化不良患者随机分为试验组(41例)和对照组(41例),两组均口服多潘立酮,3餐饭前30min服用10mg;试验组加服蒲元和胃胶囊,进餐后30min服用4粒。4周后观察疗效。结果试验组临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲元和胃胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良安全有效,其疗效明显优于单用促动力药多潘立酮。ObjectiveTo study the efficacy and safety of combined the rapy of domperidone and Puyuan Hewei Capsule for functional dyspepsia.MethodsEighty-two patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly grouped into experimental group（n=41） and the controls（n=41）.The patients in the control group were only given domperidone 10 mg 3 times per day 30 min before meals for 4 weeks.The patients in the experimental group were given 4 capsules of Puyuan Hewei Capsule 3 times a day 30 min and domperidone 10mg 3 times per day after meals for four weeks.The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups by chi square test.ResultsThe general therapeutic efficacy in the experimental group was superior to the controls（P0.05）.ConclusionCombined therapy of domperidone and Puyuan Hewei Capsule can more significantly improve general efficacy and symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia than single use of motility medicine domperidone.
