摘  要:对一种新型环式减速器的结构特性及传动原理进行分析研究,并对相关性能参数进行分析计算。建立针对该减速器的实验平台,对其进行实验研究。实验结果证明了该减速器的先进性和可行性。研究结果为该减速器的优化设计提供了重要依据。The structural properties and the transmission principle of a new ring gear are analyzed, and the relevant performance parameters are analyzed and calculated. Then, a experimental platform on the reducer is established to carry out experimental study. The reaction forces of standing bearings and the moment of transmission system is obtained by analysis and calculation. This study is found to provide an important basis for the reducer optimal design. The advance and feasibility of the reducer are verified by the experimental result.
