摘 要:目的通过对花都区无偿献血人群RhD阴性献血者的检测,了解RhD阴性血型不同的表现型分布,为建立RhD阴性稀有血型系统各表型献血者队伍提供依据。方法对花都区2008年1月~2011年12月的56369名无偿献血者血液样本采用全自动梯形微孔板法进行RhD初筛,初筛阴性者再进行RhD阴性确认和表型检测,并建立Rh血型系统阴性表型数据库。结果 RhD阴性无偿献血者162名(其中弱D15名),所占比例为2.9‰。RhD阴性献血者各表型中ccdee比例最高,其后依次为Ccdee和ccdEe。结论掌握花都区无偿献血人群Rh血型分布,建立RhD阴性血型表型数据库,对保证合理计划用血,确保稀有血型患者临床用血安全及紧急供血具有重要的临床意义。Objective To realize the different phenotype distribution of RhD negative blood type according to the testing of RhD negative blood type from donors in Huadu district,in order to offer basis for establishing of RhD negative blood type system to different phenotype donors.Methods 56 369 donors were prescreened for RhD blood type by adopting full-automatic trapezoid micropore from January 2008 to December 2011 in Huadu district.Prescreening donors were given RhD negative confirmation and phenotype detection,negative phenotype database of RhD was established.Results There were 162 donors (including 15 people with weak D) of RhD negative type in blood donation without payment,accounted for 2.9‰.Among different negative phenotypes from donors with RhD negative type,the rate of ccdee took up more than Ccdee and ccdEe.Conclusion The Rh blood type distribution of donors in Huadu district are defined,and the date bank of RhD negative phenotype is established,which can ensure the planning to use blood reasonably,and have an important clinical significant to ensure clinic blood use and supplying blood safely.
