摘　　要：近年来我国就业难现象日益严重．特别对于女性，一直存在就业性别歧视现象。本文首先揭示了中国的失业状况。然后在2011年二月十二日《女大学生就业创业状况调查报告》（http：／／wvcwgdchinanews．com／）的基础上，运用经济学理论对高学历女性就业难这一现象进行深入分析，最后提出相应的对策。As the difficulty of employment has been growing in recent years, the discrimination against women in thejob＇market persists. At first the paper reveals the unemploymentsituation in China. Then, through the application of the economic theory., the authors conduct a deep analysis of the unequal treatment of well-educated women in the labor market onthe basis of the Survey P.eport of Women College Students＇ Employmentreleasedbyhttp：//www.gd.chinanews.com/on February12.2011.Finally,the authors put forwardacompleteset of countermeasures for the sake of women in their search for jobs.
