摘  要:目的 研究多药耐药 (MDR- 1)基因在急性白血病 (AL)治疗中的表达。方法 用逆转录 -多聚酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术检测 4 7例 AL的 87份骨髓血标本。结果  1MDR- 1基因阳性表达率在 4 0例初诊和 2 2例完全缓解 (CR)的病例中分别为 2 2 .5%和 13.6 % ,显著低于未缓解及复发者 (11例 )和死亡前期者 (14例 )的中数值 (72 .7%和 78.6 % ,P<0 .0 1)。 2 CR率在其表达阴性的初诊者 (31例 )中高于其表达阳性者 (9例 ) (6 7.7% ,2 2 .2 % ,P=0 .0 53)。结论  MDR- 1基因表达检测对Objective To study on the expression of multiple drug resistance (MDR 1) gene during treatment course of acute leukemia (AL).Methods Using RT PCR technique,we studied MDR 1 gene expression of 87 speciments of bone marrow blood from 47 patients with AL.Results ①The rate of positive MDR 1 gene expression in 40 patients of de novo AL and in 22 cases at complete remission (CR) phase were 22.5% and 13.6%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those at relapse and non response phase (11 cases) and just before death (14 cases) (72.7% and 78.6% respectively, P <0 01).② The rate of CR in the patients of de novo AL without MDR 1 gene expression (31 cases) was higher than those with positive MDR 1 gene expression (9 cases) (67.7% and 22.2%, P =0.053).Conclusions The assay of MDR 1 gene expression may play a significant role in judgement of prognosis and revision of therapeutic protocol during the treatment course of AL.
