摘　　要：目的观察鼻内窥镜联合显微镜单鼻孔经蝶窦切除垂体腺瘤的效果。方法对62例垂体腺瘤患者均采取鼻内窥镜联合显微镜单鼻孔经蝶窦入路切除术式。结果全切45例，次全切15例，部分切除2例，无手术死亡和严重并发症发生。临床症状均有不同程度的改善。结论鼻内窥镜联合显微镜单鼻孔经蝶窦切除垂体腺瘤路径短，可优势互补，创伤小，切除较彻底，效果较理想。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopy combined with microscope single nostril transsphenoidal resection on pituitary adenoma. Methods Sixty-two cases of pituitary adenoma were treated with nasal endoscopy combined with microscopy single nostril transsphenoidal resection operation. Results Total resection in 45 cases, subtotal resection in 15 eases, partial resection in 2 eases, no surgical deaths or serious complications occured. Clinical symptoms were improved in different degrees. Conclusions Nasal endoscopy combined with microscopy singlenostril transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenoma has short path, less invasion, more complete resection, the effect is much more desirable.
