徐凤纳甲法阳经开穴电针的比较观察  

Effects of Electroacupuncture of the Same Five Shu Points of Six Yang Meridians in Various Two-Hour Periods According to Xufeng's Day-Prescription of Acupoints

摘　　要：为探讨子午流注纳甲法的合理内核 ,按徐凤纳甲法的十日开穴按时取穴 ,在相同条件下观察电针各阳经同一五输穴开穴对正常人心收缩时间间期 (STI)的效应差异。结果发现 ,按时电针后 ,六条阳经的同一五输穴开穴对STI各指标的影响有所不同 ,其中各井穴组的电机械收缩总时间指数值 (Q -S2 I)电针前后差值间的差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5)。表明按照徐凤纳甲法的十日开穴按时取穴电针 ,各阳经同一五输穴开穴的电针效应之间存在一定的差异 。Electro-acupuncture of the same five Shu points of six Yang meridians in various two-hour periods during the ten-day circle according to Xufeng's day-prescription of acupoints was carried out on healthy volunteers. Indexes of cardiac function such as systolic time interval before and after electro-acupuncture were determined. The results showed that the differences of total systolic time were not significant among various point groups except that of total systolic time in Jing point group was significant (P< 0.05 ). It is indicated that there is some deficiency in the principles and methods of Xufeng's day-prescription of acupoints and this should be taken into account in clinic.
