中药脑瘤康平与卡氮芥联合应用对G422脑胶质瘤的作用

摘　　要：为探讨补益脾肾、化瘀攻坚的中药制剂脑瘤康平煎剂与卡氮芥 (BCNU)联合治疗G4 2 2脑胶质瘤的作用机理 ,应用单克隆抗体免疫荧光及激光偏振技术 ,观察发现脑瘤康平煎剂能促进荷瘤小鼠胸腺及脾脏的增生 ,且能改变BCNU对免疫器官功能的抑制 ;调整T细胞亚群的比值失调 (中药组为 1.35± 0 .2 5,对照组为 0 .95± 0 .0 9,两组比P <0 .0 1) ;在调整脑内单胺类神经递质 5-羟色胺 (5-HT)水平方面 ,中药组为 (391.4± 57.8)ng/g ,对照组为 (582 .4± 35.0 )ng/g,两组比较P <0 .0 1。提示Mice with G422 glioma were treated by Naoliu Kangping Decoction(NKD) combined with BCNU.It was found that NKD could increase the weight of spleen and thymus,lessen the inhibition of immune system by BCNU,and adjust the function of immune system,such as T_cell subgroup ratio(The ratio is 1.35±0.25 in BCNU+NKD group and 0.95±0.09 in the control group,P<0.01).Measuring of the monoamine neurotransmitter showed that the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine affecting the immune function was by affecting the nerve_endocrine_immunity network.
