摘　　要：磺胺类药物因其具有抗菌谱广、价格低廉等特点,被广泛应用于兽药临床和畜牧业中。但磺胺类药物不合理使用导致其在动物产品中残留,严重危害人类健康。本文论述了动物性食品中磺胺类代谢物检测的样品前处理方法、仪器测定方法,综述了各检测方法的特性、适用范围及优缺点等。Sulfonamides （SAs） is widely used in clinical veterinary medicine and animal husbandry for its broad- antimierobial spectrum and low price. At present, abuse of SAs has generated potentially serious problems in human health. The paper focused on the sample preparation and instrument testing methods of detection of the metabolites sulfa, summarizing the characteristics of each detection method, scope, advantages and disadvantages.
