分散剂和增稠剂对制备透明氧化铁涂料的影响

摘　　要：选择3种不同类型的水性分散剂分散透明氧化铁黄颜料,色浆调入水性丙烯酸清漆中制备透明氧化铁涂料。实验确认了不同类型分散剂对色浆的降黏和分散效果,以及不同类型增稠剂对涂膜光泽和透明度的影响。研究了影响缔合型增稠剂和分散剂相互作用的因素,并进一步探讨了影响疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯类(HEUR)增稠剂和AB嵌段型聚合物分散剂相容性的因素。结果表明:2种主要的缔合型增稠剂和不同类型分散剂的相互作用不同,从而导致涂膜光泽和透明度的不同,嵌段型聚合物分散剂对透明氧化铁黄色浆有较强的降黏和分散稳定作用。这类分散剂和疏水改性碱溶胀丙烯酸乳液增稠剂(HASE)的相容性较好,而和疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯类增稠剂的相容性受到分散剂加量、制漆温度、漆液放置时间的影响。Three different waterborne dispersants were selected to disperse transparent iron oxide yellow and the resulted pigment paste was let down in waterborne acrylic varnish to obtain a transparent iron oxide coating.The experiment showed viscosity reduction and dispersing performance of different dispersants on pigment paste,and the effects of different thickeners on gloss and transparence of the film.The factors affecting the interaction between associative thickeners and dispersants,as well as the factors affecting compatibility of hydrophobically modified ethoxylate urethane（HEUR） thickeners and AB type block copolymer dispersant were investigated.The results showed that the interactions between two kinds of associative thickeners and various dispersants were different,resulting in difference in gloss and transparence of the film.Block copolymer dispersant could cause significant decrease of viscosity and increase of stability of dispersion for transparent iron oxide yellow paste.This kind of dispersant has good compatibility with hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion（HASE） thickener,but its compatibility with hydrophobically modified ethoxylate urethane thickener was influenced by dosage of dispersant,processing temperature and storage time of coating.
