摘 要:采用反相乳液聚合法,以部分中和丙烯酸钠和长链反应型单体LP为主要单体,采用过硫酸钾(KPS)-亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)氧化还原引发体系聚合反应,制备了一种新型耐盐型增稠剂。利用场发射电子扫描显微镜(FE-SEM)对产物形貌进行了表征,研究了长链反应型单体LP的改变量对聚合产物耐盐性的影响,考察了引发剂、交联剂的用量对产物耐盐性的影响。结果表明:当长链反应型单体LP的添加量为单体总量的6.7%,引发剂和交联剂的用量分别为单体总量的0.4%和0.2%时,所得产物的增稠效果最佳,耐盐性最好。The novel salt-tolerant thickener were prepared via inverse emulsion polymerization of partially neutralizing sodium acrylate and long-chain reactive monomer LP as the monomers at the presence of potassium persulphate(KPS) and sodium bisulfite(NaHSO3) as redox initiators.The morphologies of the product was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).The influences of the long-chain reactive monomer percentage,initiator dosage and crosslinker amount on salt-tolerant properties were studied in detail.The results showed that when the amount of the long-chain reactive monomer LP,initiator and crosslinker were accounted for 6.7%,0.4% and 0.2% of the monomers respectively,the product provided the best thickening effect and salt-tolerance.
