摘 要:结合上海地铁某区间隧道上下夹穿运营地铁的工程实例,首先采用数值模拟的方法,对先上后下和先下后上两种不同穿越次序引起的地铁隧道变形及地层扰动影响进行了比较分析。计算结果表明:近距离夹穿情况下盾构扰动引起的地层位移场分布呈现较为复杂的变化。然后,通过进一步分析对比这种复杂变化导致的风险,得出先下后上的穿越次序对隧道的变形及周边环境的的控制更为有利的结论,并制订了针对性的变形控制措施。最后,结合现场实测数据,验证了理论预测及施工措施的合理性,为类似穿越情形的盾构施工控制提供了参考。Based on a close crossing project in Shanghai metro construction,in which shield crosses from below and above a running subway tunnel successively,the deformation of the subway tunnel and the disturbance to the surrounding environment caused by different crossing sequences are comparatively analyzed by means of numerical modelling methods.The results show that the diversification of the displacement fields caused by the close crossing is very complex.Further analysis is performed.The sequence of lower-crossing first and then upper-crossing is more favorable to the deformation and disturbance control,and a series of controlling measures for the diversification are formulated.Finally,based on the monitoring data,the rationality of theoretical predictions and construction measures is verified.It will provide a reference for similar projects.
