摘　　要：学术论文是主要的知识载体之一,通过对评价要素和角度的分析,提出知识评价对学术论文数据的著录要求;对比资源组织工作,提出面向知识评价的规范文档的独特性;介绍中国科技信息研究所在此方面的实践探索,给出规范文档建设的实例;最后预测规范文档的建设和应用前景。Academic paper is the main carrier of knowledge. By analyzing the evaluation elements and aspects, specifications of pa- per heading are derived by knowledge evaluations that have already done. Then, in contrast to document and information resources or- ganization, the unique characteristics of knowledge evaluation-oriented authority file are emerging clearly. With a leading research fin- ished in this field implemented by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China and other cooperated institutes, a useful example is settled to guide the followers. Finally, the visions of construction and application of authority files are roughly forecasted.
