摘 要:小学生责任意识比中学生强。在家庭责任意识方面,4成初中生从不做家务,3成多的高中生在父母生病时从不主动照顾。在对社会的责任意识方面,8成初中生不注意垃圾分类。近3成的中学生从不让座。近8成的高中生缺乏面对困境的勇气。学校公民责任教育应努力创设问题情境,鼓励学生在活动中扮演角色,把握冲突,解决矛盾,体验责任,不断增强履责能力。提倡师生共同反省道德行为,平等交流思想,提高对责任意识的体验、控制和评价的能力。家长应不断反省为人父母者的责任意识与处事之道,为孩子做出公民表率。The primary school students a sense of responsibility than high school students. In the sense of family responsibility, and 4% of junior high school students do not do housework, more than 30% of high school students when they are sick of their parents never take the initiative to take care of. Awareness of social responsibility, 80% of junior high school students do not pay attention to the waste classification. Nearly 3 percent of high school students never seat. Almost 80% of high school students lack the courage to face up to adversity. Civic responsibility education in schools should strive to create the problem situation, to encourage students to play a role in the activities, to grasp the conflict to resolve the conflicts, experience responsibility, and constantly enhance the ability to fulfill responsibilities. To promote the teachers and students to reflect on the ethical behavior, equal exchange ideas, improve the ability to experience the sense of responsibility, control and evaluation. Parents should continue to reflect on the sense of responsibility of the parents and the way of doing things, to make citizens set an example for the children.
