摘　　要：在现代性社会中,人类的存在与发展渗透贯穿着风险的在场,风险意识重构着历史实践的认知状况,它使得存在的世界进入到破碎和断裂的不确定性镜像中,强化了存在的灾难临近感。寻求安全成为人类主体性存在的基础和条件,实现安全的意义构架则成为存在自身合目的性价值的践履。风险的存在与安全的价值诉求之间存在着张力,构成了当代社会的客观现实,在两者彼此互动,相互博弈中,历史向前进步。What existence and development of human permeated with presence and its consciousness of risk reconstruct cognition＇s situation of historical practice, which made the world of existence enter into uncertainty＇s circumstance of shatter and fracture in the modern society, so the sense of approaching disaster of existence were strengthened. Seeking security is the basis for the existence and condition of human＇s subjectivi- ty, and achieving security＇s framework of meaning became fulfillment of existence which fit the value with the purpose of life. Tension between the presence of risk and the request of safety＇s value constituted the objective reality of contemporary society. History＇s progress have been a- chieved from which the presence of risk and the request of safety＇s value interact and fight against.
