基于大学技术转移机理及特征的管理体系构建

摘　　要：大学技术转移管理体系处于技术转移体系的核心位置,是对技术、人员、信息、资金等因素及转移过程中各个活动的相互联系加以有效控制的一整套组织机制和运行流程。基于大学技术转移的运作机理以及涉及面广、专业性强和风险性高的特征,构建了由组织体系、流程体系、风险管理体系和支持体系四个子体系组成的大学技术转移管理体系。University technology transfer management system is located in the cores of technology transfer system. It is a whole set of organizational mechanism and operating process which is used to control such factors as technology, staff, massage and fund, and the interrelation among the activities in the course of technology transfer effectively. Based on the operational mechanism and principal characters of university technology transfer, the paper constructs the university technology transfer management system, which includes organizational, flow, risk management and support system.
