摘　　要：企业核心能力是企业的根本,是企业生存与发展的动力和源泉,作为企业在面对动态复杂的市场竞争环境所须具备的能力,它决定了企业的竞争优势和多元化发展能力。论述了企业核心能力的涵义,着重分析了核心能力随企业成长而发生的动态变化与发展过程及其影响因素;在此基础上,提出了企业核心能力应用的思路,即让核心能力与企业发展战略更好地融合,从而使企业能够更好地提升其核心竞争优势;最后给出了一个相关案例的分析。The enterprises＇core capability is its fundamental capability and the power and source of its survival and development. As the capability which enterprises must possess when they face the dynamic and complex market competing environment, the core capability is determined with the capability about enterprises＇competitive edge and diversified development. The paper discusses the meaning of enterprises＂ core capability, it focuses on the dynamic change and development of core capability with the growth of enterprise and its impact, And then it put forward the ideas of the application of enterprises＂ core capability, which can combine with the development strategy better, so that it could make the enterprises to enhance its core capability better. Finally, the paper gives an analysis of a related example.
