摘　　要：开发了一种新型的数字式电子桌面秤。系统中采用了双孔弹性梁作为其弹性敏感元件,以STC89C516RD+作为中央控制器,基于层次式设计思想和Altium Designer平台进行数据采集硬件系统设计,选用C语言编制了数据处理软件。叙述了数字式电子桌面秤的系统工作原理及其架构,机械关键部件、数据采集及处理软硬件子系统的设计要点,给出了软件流程图和系统测试数据。根据GB/T 7723—2002《固定式电子秤》测试和标定表明,该系统不仅架构简单、操作灵活、巧妙节能,而且具有较强的电磁兼容性,所有称重技术指标均达到国家标准III级等级。A kind of digital electronic desktop scale is devel- oped. The elastic beam with two holes is used in the system as the elastic sensitive element. The STC89CS16RD ＋ is used as the can- tral controller, the data acquisition hardware system is based on the level type design concept and Altium Designer platform, and the C language is chosen to compile the data processing software. The principle of the digital electronic desktop scale and its framework, the main design methods of the mechanical key components, the da- m acquisition and the processing software and hardware subsystem are described in the paper. Then, the software flow chart and the system test data are also given in the paper. The system is tested and calibrated according to the GB/T 7723--2002 ＂ Stationary E- lectronic Scale＂, and it shows that the system is not only simple in structure, flexible in operations and energy-saving, but also strong in electromagnetic compatibility, all technical specifications of the whole system complies with the national standard grade III.
