药事管理方向本科生对药事管理专业及其培养需求情况的认知调查

摘　　要：目的了解药学专业药事管理方向本科生对药事管理专业的认知情况,找出药事管理人才培养中存在的不足。方法采用问卷调查方法,对120名本科生进行了有关药事管理专业认知情况、课程设置、实践教学方式、未来就业趋向等调查研究及统计分析。结果学生对药事管理专业认识不多,对未来发展前景缺乏信心,在课程设置方面,希望增加实践教学时间。结论医药院校应重视药事管理人才培养,积极探索药事管理人才培养模式。Objective To study the professional comprehension from undergraduate students majoring in pharmaceutical administration and to find out the pharmacy management personnel training deficiencies.Method By using questionnaire investigation,120 undergraduates were investigated including the cognition of pharmacy administration,curriculum,teaching mode of practice,and the future trend of employment situation.Results Pharmacy professional students knew a little of the prospects for the future.Students wanted to increase the practice of teaching time in the curriculum.Conclusion Pharmacy medical institutions should pay attention to personnel training,and actively explore the pharmacy management training model.
