85例舍格伦综合征腮腺表现的临床分析与探讨

摘　　要：目的　为了明确舍格伦综合征腮腺表现的特点;以及与其它临床表现之间的关系。方法　对85例舍格伦综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献进一步进行探讨。结果　舍格伦综合征的腮腺表现以炎症型最多;肥大型次之;类肿瘤型最少;三者与口干燥之间的关系存在显著差异;部分患者有恶变可能。结论　舍格伦综合征腮腺表现的特点是该病诊断的一个重要依据。Objective Manifestations in parotid gland is varying in Sjgren's syndrome(SS), sometimes, it is difficulty to differentiate them from other diseases. The purpose of this paper is to identify the peculiarity of the manifestations of parotid gland、and the relationship with xerostomia.Methods The data of 85 cases suffered from SS had been analyzed retrospectively、 and discussed with published articles. The patients were diagnosed by Europe criteria, according to the clinical symptom, manifestations of parotid gland were classified into three types: inflammation pattern; diffusing enlargement pattern; mass like pattern.Results The manifestations of parotid gland of SS is different, some patients were diagnosed wrongly at first, a few patients tend to malignantly change, especially mass like type. The inflammation pattern was mostly seen. Second was the type of diffusing enlargement, and the mass like type was least. There was remarkable difference among the three types with xerostomia.Conclusion As the main target organ, parotid gland shows the different manifestations in SS patients. You should differentiate them from other diseases as early as possible. The peculiarity of the manifestations of parotid gland is one of the significant basis to diagnose SS.
