高校科技人员知识产权意识与对策研究——基于广东高校的问卷调查分析

摘　　要：21世纪是科技创新和知识经济时代,知识产权在高校人才管理和科技创新中起重要作用,而科技人员的知识产权意识决定了高校的管理和创造效果。以广东8所高校为例,基于问卷调查获取数据,采用描述性统计对高校科技人员知识产权意识进行分析。结果发现,高校科技人员知识产权文化缺乏、法制观念薄弱,知识产权相关教育不够;不同学科、不同工龄的科技人员对知识产权掌握存在较大差别;知识产权管理制度完善,但运用能力薄弱。The 21st century is the eza of techological innovation and knowledge-based. AS playing an important role in the college talent management and technological innovation, intellectual properly awareness of scientific and technical personnel determines the effect of management and creation. With the empirical data of eight universities in Guangdong, this paper analyzed the status quo of scientific and technical personnel intcilectl,al property awareness. In addition, we found that, （l） intellectual property culture, legal concept of intellectual property and education are weak; （2） diffeent disciplines and working age, the awareness of scientific and technical personnel is different; （3） intellectual property management system is sound, but the ability to use is weak. According to the conclusions, it put forward appropriate policy recommendations. Relevant implications are drawn and limitations of the study are discussed accordingly.
