摘　　要：社会是由许许多多个人组成的,一切的社会生活包括道德生活也是由许许多多的个人相互交往构成的。所有的道德体系的原则和规范归根结底都要通过个人的道德行为反映出来,而个人的道德行为在形成了比较稳定鲜明的个人品质后,就充分地体现出这个社会的道德体系原则和规范。因此,不论从国家角度还是从个人角度都必须高度重视个人品质的建构,必须培养良好的思想品德,这关系到国家的未来和希望。Society is made up of lots of people, and all social life, including moral life, is made up of individual interactions. All principles and norms of the moral system are, in nature, reflected by individual moral behavior which fully reflects the society＇s principles and norms after forming stable and distinctive individual morality. Therefore, we should place high value on individual morality and cultivate good morality, whether from national perspective or individual perspective, which is concerned with the future and hope of the nation.
