摘　　要：目的 探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达与脑胶质瘤增殖及凋亡的关系。方法 利用免疫组化方法,观察HSP70与肿瘤恶性程度的关系及阻断HSP70表达后对肿瘤细胞生长的影响。结果 28例人脑胶质瘤手术标本中25例有HSP70表达,表达强度与肿瘤恶性程度成正相关。结论 人脑星形胶质瘤广泛存在HSP70过度表达,HSP70可以作为判断肿瘤恶性程度及预后的一个参考指标。HSP70可作为肿瘤实验治疗的一个靶指标。Objective In order to examine the corelatton between the expression of heat shock protein70 (HSP70) with the malignant degree of brain glinma. Methods Utilizing immunohistochemical tcchnii]ues, investigating the relationship between expression of HSP70 and degree of malignance. Results Of 28 examined human as-n'ocytoma specimens, 25 cases were HSI'70-positive. Increased HSP70-poshive expression correlated significantly with the degree of malignance. Conclusion Overelcvalcd expression of HSP70 is in human astrocyvoma specimens. HSP70 can be a reference of evaluating the tumor's degree of malignance and prognosis. HSP70 can be a target of rumor experimental treatment.
