摘　　要：企业信息生态系统评价的主体是该系统的组成要素,运用生态学的理论对企业信息生态系统的特征及组成要素进行分析,建立评价模型,根据模型选取评价指标并建立反映企业信息生态系统健康程度的评价指标体系,既有利于企业的决策和管理,又能促进企业信息生态系统的健康、可持续发展,最终实现企业的经济效益。The subject of the enterprise information evaluation ecosystem is the component of this system. The paper uses the theory of the ecology to make analysis of the characteristic of the enterprise information ecological system and the components, and establishes the evaluation model. By using the model to reflect the enterprise information ecosystem healthy degree of evaluation index system , the paper establishes the evaluation index system. It＇s not only good for the decision and the management of the enterprise but also can promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise information ecosystem. Finally, it is claiified that this system can achieve the enterprise＇ s economic efficiency.
