健康体检中老年人群血压水平与经颅多普勒超声参数值的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨不同血压水平与经颅多普勒参数值的关系。方法在2010年1月～2010年12月参加健康体检40岁以上、无重大慢性疾病相对健康人群中,按随机数字分类法选取887人,以不同血压水平分为6组,比较和分析各组间脑血管血流动力学指标的差异。结果随血压水平增高,当SBP>130 mmHg,DBP>85mmHg时,脑血管血流平均流速、峰值流速、舒张期末流速均开始呈逐渐下降趋势,而搏动指数和阻力指数呈逐渐增高趋势,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论血压水平与脑血管功能异常变化密切相关。从脑血管经颅多普勒参数值异常变化角度,理想血压应控制在130/85 mmHg以下。【Objective】 To study the relationship between the blood pressure and the parameters gotten by transcranial Doppler（TCD） in the healthy elderly.【Methods】 887 persons were enrolled into this study,who were chosen randomized in those 40 yrs older people undergoing physical examination during January 2010 to December 2010.All 847persons were divided into 6 group according to they blood pressure,and analysis of the cerebral vascular hemodynamic parameters of all groups was done.【Results】 As the blood pressure increased,especially when systolic pressure higher than 130 mmHg and diastolic pressure higher than 85 mmHg,the mean blood velocity,the maximum blood velocity,and the minimum blood velocity in the brain were all decreased lightly,the pulsitility index and the resistance index were slightly increased.All changes are statistically different（P 〈0.01）.【Conclusion】 The level of blood pressure is closely related with abnormal changes of the function of the blood vessel in the brain.According to our observation,the proper blood pressure should be under 130/85 mmHg.
