摘　　要：本文分析儿科重症监护病房护士在工作中存在的护理风险及其原因,提出一系列的护理对策及防范措施:强化风险意识;加强与患儿及家长的沟通;提高自身修养,加强专业知识、技能的培训及健康教育的宣传;重视安全教育,强化法律知识,从而保证了护理服务质量,降低了护理风险,减少护理纠纷的发生。This paper has analyzed the risks and its causes of the nursing care in pediatric intensive care unit, and pro- poses a series of care measures and preventive measures. The measures include： strengthening risk awareness; strengthen- ing communication with children and their parents; improving accomplishment of the nurses and enhancing their profes- sional knowledge and skills through training; promoting health education and publicity; emphasizing on safety education and strengthening legal knowledge. These measures can ensure the quality of care, reduce the risk of nursing the incidence of nursing disputes.
