角膜接触镜在PRK术后角膜上皮愈合中的作用

摘　　要：目的：评价ＰＲＫ术后角膜接触镜在角膜上皮愈合中的作用。方法：收集本院１９９８年８月～１２月ＰＲＫ术后病例，以术后配戴角膜接触镜１５４例（３０５只眼）为研究组，以术后涂抗生素眼膏、敷料包盖１８１例（３４１只眼）为对照组，比较两组术后上皮愈合的情况。结果：研究组，术后三天角膜上皮痊愈２９９只眼（９８．０３％），角膜出现丝状物１只眼（０．３３％），角膜出现膜状沉积物１１只眼（３．６３％）；对照组，术后三天角膜上皮痊愈１９６只眼（５７．４８％），角膜出现丝状物４５只眼（１３．２％），角膜出现膜状沉积物３３只眼（９．６８％）。两组结果有显著性差异。结论：ＰＲＫ术后，配戴角膜接触镜，能促进角膜上皮愈合速度，减轻角膜丝状物和角膜膜状物形成，从而减轻病人术后痛苦。To evaluate the efficacy of contact lens(CL) on healing of corneal epithelitum after PRK. Methods: A total of 646 eyes were treated with excimer laser photorefractive(PRK) from August to December of 1998, which were divided into 2 groups to compare their outcomes of corneal epithelium healing: 305 eyes wearing CL as study group, and 341 eyes applied with antibiotic ointment and packed with dressing as contrast group. Results: Study group: 299 eyes' corneal epithelium had healed completely 3 days after openation. Some filamentary had arisen on the one corneal face, and small membrane had formed on the surface of 11 corneas. contrast group: 196 eyes' corneal epithelium had healed completely 3 days after openation. Some fila filamentary had come out on the surface of 45 corneas, and small membrane had formal on the surface of 33 corneas. The difference of two groups was marked. Conclusions: After PRK, wearing CL is beneficial to promote the corneal epithelium healing, inhibitting filamentary and membrane from formming and reliefing the patients treated with PRK from pain.
