白内障术后激光手术方法探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨白内障术后应用Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光治疗膜性白内障的方法及并发症的防治方法。方法：本文分 ＥＣＣＥ术后及 ＥＣＣＥ＋ＩＯＬ植入术后两组。根据两组术后形成的膜性白内障膜的厚薄，选择激光能量并分别采用“＋”字切开、横形、纵形及沿瞳孔边缘作开罐式切开或环形切开法。结果：激光手术效果满意，术后视力均明显提高。 ＥＣＣＥ术后组，激光术后最主要并发症为短期眼压升高，占４６． ４％。ＥＣＣＥ＋ ＯＬ植入术后组为人工晶体损伤，占 ３６． ６７％。结论： Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光治疗膜性白内障，是一种安全、简便、有效的方法。掌握激光的操作要点及方法是防止并发症发生的关键。Objective: To study the technique of using Nd-YAG laser in treating the postoperative mem brane after cataract surgery and to prevent complications. Methods: Patients were divided into two groups, i. e. post-ECCE group and post-ECCE+IOL group. According to the thickness of membrane to choose laser power. The models of capsulotomy were crossed, horizontal, vertical, can-opening or circular along pupil rim. Results: The result was satisfactory. The visual acuity was improved significantly. In ECCE group, the main complication was transient increase of IOP(46.5%). In ECCE+IOL group, the main complication was injury to IOL (36.67%). Conclusion: Nd-YAG laser capsulotomy is a kind of safe, simple and effective technique. Handling of the technique is the key of preventing complications..
