摘　　要：目的：研究鸡形觉剥夺眼视网膜光镜下形态学变化。方法：测定２４只鸡雏于不同遮盖及去遮盖时期双眼视网膜光镜下的形态学变化。结果：形觉剥夺造成实验眼视网膜普遍变薄，以内核层、内丛状层最为明显（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５），感光细胞层厚度无明显变化。去除遮盖，实验眼视网膜总厚度及内核层。内丛状层均恢复到与对照眼无明显差异。结论：伴随形觉剥夺性近视的形成，剥夺眼视网膜内层出现光镜下形态学变化。To explore the morphological changes in form-deprived chickens' retinas, 24 neonatal chickens underwent monocular goggle occlusion. The retinas were observed under light microscopy at different stages of occlusion. We found that the deprived retinas were significantly thinner than those of the control eyes, especially in the inner nuclear and inner plexiform layers, while there were no much difference in the thickness of the pho toreceptor layers of the two groups. Thus, we conclude that at the level of light microscopy, the inner part of reti na manifests significant changes firstly.
