一次性使用医疗用品的细菌内毒素试验结果分析

摘　　要：本文采用细菌内毒素试验方法 ,对 1997年、 1998年一次性使用医疗用品的细菌内毒素进行检测 ,97年样品共48份 ,合格率 95 .83% ,98年样品共 75份 ,合格率 84.0 0 %。经统计学处理 ,结果呈显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;对外省市在本市经销的一次性使用医疗用品 ,进行检测 ,细菌内毒素的阳性率高于本地生产的产品 ;输血制品的细菌内毒素的阳性率高于输血器、注射器类。In order to know the state of bacterial endotoxin carring by disposable medical articles that were used in Shenyang hospital.We checked up 123 samples in 1997 and 1998 with bacterial endotoxin test.The results indicated that 2 positive reaction from 48 samples in 1997 and 12 from 75 in 1998,the eligibility rates were 95 85% and 84 00% respectively,it was different significantly from the results.It also showed that the positive rates of other provinces products were higher than local,and the positive rate of disposable blood transfusion device was higher than disposable syringe and infusion set.
